2. Once sold, goods are not eligible for return or refund unless the product is received in a damaged condition.
3. In case of damaged products, a return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery along with valid proof (images/videos).
4. Returns will only be accepted after verification of the damage claim.
5. Approved claims will be eligible for a store credit (store refund) only. No cash or original payment refunds will be provided.
6. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
