2. Once sold, goods are not eligible for return or refund unless the product is received in a damaged condition.
3. In case of damaged products, a return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery along with valid proof (images/videos).
4. Returns will only be accepted after verification of the damage claim.
5. Approved claims will be eligible for a store credit (store refund) only. No cash or original payment refunds will be provided.
6. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
7. As many of our products involve handwork, slight variations in prints, colors, or minor imperfections may occur. These are a natural part of the process and add to the uniqueness of each piece. Such variations will not be considered defects, and we are not liable for them.

9. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.
